RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our product, and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 7 days of receiving the item.
Due to the nature and conditions of any products purchased during sale periods, J.Ava Lashes is unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer.
In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 3 days.

When will I receive my refund?
All returns take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date received back at our HQ.

Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; Please be assured that every product is as close to the stock photo as possible.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Receipt of funds may vary according to your bank.
Return labels and shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
DISCOUNT CODES (IF APPLICABLE)
Discount codes are provided exclusively by J.Ava Lashes. Two separate discount codes/offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. It is one discount/offer per order. J.Ava Lashes reserves the right to end any promotion.
When can I expect my order?
Order processing time 1 - 3 business days. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are usually processed by the end of the day next business day.
*NOTE: During sales, processing times may be extended by an additional 48-72 hours. Shipping time begins once an order is picked up by USPS or FedEx. Transit times DO NOT begin at the completion of ordering. Please be aware of this when placing your order and choosing your shipping method. This applies to all orders including overnight shipping.
